What influences your style?

In a short answer, my style is inspired by anything and everything my eye is drawn to.

I draw inspiration from everything in front of me.

But I really relate with my nostalgic side and find myself pulling from what I’ve loved since a child.

Cartoons, comic books, music, etc. But my style has evolved more with knowledge and experience.

Under which conditions do you feel you create the best work?

I create my best work in a non forced environment.

If my work feels forced or not natural, I get frustrated and boxed in.

Art to me is an expression, and you can’t force feelings or actions you’re not interested in or feeling. 

How long have you been creating pieces of art?

I’ve been creating artwork since I was a kid.

As most people, but, there’s never been a break or pause in time that I haven’t been doing artwork.

Since I was probably about 3 up until now and forever. 

What do you hope people find within your work?

I hope that when people see my art, it triggers some sense of emotion, or interest.

Each person finds their love for art through their own standards and interests.

But, I don’t make artwork for anyone but myself.

My only hope is that my artwork causes fascination or a sense of connection/interest.

What does painting mean to you? 

Painting for me is just an extension of myself.

A chunk of my brain and creativity displayed to the world.

Everyone shows their colors in a certain way, if not multiple ways.

Painting is another way of me doing that

Where do you hope this takes you?

I just hope it continues to bring me the same joy it always have.

And of course being in gallery’s and having a fat bag off of it.
